The Salem Rams will be holding the first of two Tag Day Fund Raisers starting this Friday Sept 10 and running through Saturday Sept 11.  The Rallying Point or meeting place will be at 51 Main Street in Salem.

Tag day dates and times will be coordinated  by the coaches / Team Parents of each team involved.  For this weekend, the following teams will be involved.

Mighty Mites, Division 10, Division 12, Division 15 and Grade 5.

Tag day is an important fund raiser for the Organization.  With out Tag day, more of the yearly operating expenses would be passed down to its membership in the form of increased membership fees.  With a little time investment, the cost of membership can be kept at the current levels.

We ask for your flexibility and understanding in scheduling the kids to cover the merchants locations.  We are short handed this year as we do not have a Fund Raising Coordinator on the board and several members are working to coordinate the merchants and teams to staff the days we have been granted by the Town.

ImaginitPhotos will be at Grant Field this Sunday for Team Pictures.  Please be at the field 1 hour before your scheduled game time (or earlier if required by your coach) in order for the pictures to be taken in a timely manner.  Parents will be able to purchase team,  individual, and action photos online through imaginitphotos.com.  Because of the bye week, the 5th grade team photos will be taken the following Sunday.

The Woodbury Parking Lots will also be closed to Rams use on Wednesday September 8 and Tuesday September 14 because of the Woodbury Open House. 

Do not use the Woodbury Parking lots for pick-up, drop off or parking for the entire practice. 

Please use the High School back lot for drop offs, pickups and parking.

Due to high interest, I am extending the jacket orders until this Wednesday (9/1).  I will be in the high school parking lot Tuesday and Wednesday evening.  If you need me to meet you at Woodbury, just call my cell phone 603-216-7431.  I am putting the orders in on Thursday morning so that we will have them before the chilly weather arrives!

Scores from the football games are available in two locations on the web.  To see just the Rams scores go the Master Schedule off the left margin on the home page and navigate to the date of the game.  These scores will be updated by the Rams Web Master as the become available on Saturday / Sunday.  By State agreement, The Grade 3's numerical score is not posted.  Normally just "Win" or "Loss" are used.  Because of the limitation of the web site.  Grade 3 scores will be posted as 1 - 0. 

To see scores from the entire league, hover over the NHYFSC tab in the left margin of the Rams Web site and a submenu will appear.  Select football scores.  This will take you to the State site where you can select the week your interested in.  These scores are usually available by Monday morning.

Off the NHYFSC Tab, you can also select "Football Standings" to see how the Rams stack up against the competition in their conference.  The standings should be available by Monday morning.

The concession stand on the Girls Softball field is open during Rams practice. 

Cold beverages, coffee, hot chocolate, hot dogs and snacks are available.
